Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

About Course
The term “diversity” is used to describe the presence of a wide variety of human differences within a particular group or organization. These disparities can span a wide range of characteristics, including but not limited to racial and ethnic background, gender, age, sexual orientation, religious background, socioeconomic background, physical and mental talents, and more. Diversity is the acknowledgement of the singular talents and points of view that each person brings to the table. It goes deeper than the surface-level characteristics and incorporates the rich tapestry of experiences, thoughts, and cultural nuances that contribute to the formation of individuals’ identities.
